Every Online Marketing Agency in general, and even more so those that are specialised in Google Adwords, must check thoroughly what’s been done in the Adwords account of every new client that’s got a bit of a background in the platform.
Not only to see how other SEM agencies work, but also because when you receive an «unhappy» client from another agency it is usually because that other agency has touched somethng that hasn’t worked or has done a PPC optimisation whose results haven’t been what was expected.
Making certain analysis we’ve found out that something happened in Google Adwords on December 1st 2012 that doesn’t allow us to se the history of changes for that date. And not only for that exact date. If we try to obtain the history of changes that include that day, we get this error message.
There might possibly be some Adwords post explaining why. I don’t know their reasons, though, I’ve just found out this problem. Ya no es por el hecho de ver como trabajan otras agencias SEM, si no porque cuando te llega un cliente «rebotado» es porque normalmente esa otra agencia ha tocado algo que no ha funcionado o ha hecho una optimización de ppc cuyo resultado ha sido todo lo contrario a lo esperado.
Haciendo ciertos análisis nos hemos encontrado que algo pasó en Google Adwords el día 1 de Diciembre que nos impide ver el historial de cambios para esa fecha. Ya no sólo para esa fecha en concreto, si no que si intentamos obtener el histórico de cambios incluyendo el citado día, nos sale el siguiente mensaje de error.
Posiblemente haya algun post de Adwords explicando los motivos, lo desconozco, nos lo acabamos de encontrar. Pero por lo que parece también en casa del Señor Google se pierden datos.
